Good Architecture
Quality architecture combines the needs of the investor, the character of the place, and the chosen construction technology.
The essence of designing homes is not drawing plans, but deep understanding of the investor, recognition of their living habits, revealing their life wishes, including those not pronounced.
FOR LIFE
"The essence of designing homes is not drawing plans, but deep understanding of the investor, recognition of their living habits, revealing their life wishes, including those not pronounced." Building a family house is often the biggest investment in life. A good architectural project represents a fraction of the price of the house, while it forms the place where we will spend a substantial part of our life. It determines the difference between a poorly and a well-designed house. Good architecture is not original at all costs. The essence is purposefully designed, functional, sophisticated living space inspiring positive emotions.
RELATIONSHIP TO THE ENVIRONMENT
There is no universal project that would fit on each lot. A building designed for a specific location in connection with the lot and its surroundings creates a specific point of view, lasting aesthetic value. It affects not only the way the owner feels but the long term financial value of the property as well.
Architecture creates a living space in which we live in the long term - the private space but also the public space. It creates ecological footprint too and it is very important to create a construction of a permanent value.
PERMANENT VALUE
It is said that in the past buildings were better and more beautiful. We may be getting this impression after looking at the preserved buildings. They probably survived due to their technical and architectural construction quality. The building, which survived many years, probably fulfills its purpose well, someone likes it and finds it worth maintaining. That is a kind of house that we should desire.
IMPLEMENTATION
The actual design and realization of a house takes place mostly among the investor, the architect, and the contractor. They are not three separable particles, but partners who form the building together. They share responsibility. If the investor choose his partners well, and everyone understands that the construction of a house is a common goal, then the building will be done well.
