Two houses built on the basis of one architectural study may differ significantly. Apart from the artisans, everything depends on the quality and precise preparation of the project. Having a prepared manufacturing schedule we prevent confusions that may cause delays (and price increases) of the construction and prevent some improvised technical solutions. The purpose of a perfect project is to find all potential problems before the construction process begins and thus to reduce the costs.
An amateur builder might not realize the benefits of a precisely prepared project. Construction is running smoothly, the activities fit together, construction details, materials and structures follow each other without interruptions and the project does not disrupt the whole neighborhood. Those who have experience with the implementation of a poor or incomplete project certainly appreciate a thorough preparation. An experienced designer is able to design not just technically correct structures and keep an eye on all the construction details but can also suggest solutions to save your money. The final price is significantly effected by efficient use of materials, low labor intensity, uniform construction techniques and elimination of the associated risks.

It is important how a building looks when it is completed, but we also want to know how it will look in many years. Durability, practicality, and low maintenance are essential. The total price of a house is not just the price of the building process, it is also necessary to count the maintenance cost that will add up over the years. In fact, every building starts to age at the time of its fabrication. A house can age well, like wine, but it can fall apart as well. Two building details with the same cost but different design may have a completely different lifetime. You'll find out after many years of use. Although we deal mainly with individual projects, we consider reasonable to use time-proven solutions and proven construction details. We personally check the functionality of our constructions over the years. We love innovation and progressive solutions but we consider them carefully and use them in places where they are justified.

Modern construction emphasizes expertise and knowledge of modern construction materials, methods, and construction details. The requirements we have on our house are significantly different than fifteen or more years ago. Moreover, in case of a timber building the best knowledge of a bricklayer master is not of the best use. Quality of the project and thus the quality of the completed building depends on the expertise of the designer.
